Meet Lori Heikens

For over 20 years Lori and The Heikens Team have served countless families in helping achieve their dream of owning a home. Lori works tirelessly for her clients, ensuring they successfully obtain a loan that is affordable and serves as a sustainable asset for their real estate portfolio. Lori is passionate about lending, especially the educational aspect of it, therefore she spends extensive time educating homebuyers throughout the process.
 

The Heikens Team's key to success is guiding our families through every single step of the process. Whether it be first-time homebuyers, seasoned homebuyers, veteran relocation, and more, Lori and her team work diligently to find the best possible loan program, especially for those seeking down payment assistance. Even if the road to homeownership takes some time, The Heikens Team will help provide a detailed path to help our clients achieve their goals.   
 

Lori is often found volunteering her time for various community events, and most recently became a certified yoga instructor, earning the namesake, Loan Yogi.  She and her husband Dodger, share a wonderful family that they are proud to have raised here in Yuba-Sutter.
 

She is most proud to work alongside her son Dylan Heikens, who has followed her footsteps into the lending business and together have created a successful and well-respected team, receiving numerous service milestones, accolades, and thousands of happy homeowners.
